Operators do not have uniform levels of graph nor smarphone literacy, so they should have the option to learn more about this application and the graphs they are seeing. This includes explanations of axes, how to interpret trends, how to use the menu, how to use the sync button, and more.

@sjs334 I created a new branch for this so as not to clutter up the mobile branch until it is ready to be deployed. The new branch is called 'tutorials'.
