Ensure people include their full names on GitHub profiles #5

Multiple times I've had to guess who is who in Github world because people don't include their names in the name section. @AguaClara/leadership can we make sure everyone has their names on the Github?

We will incorporate this into grading to encourage the team to change their names if they haven't already.

Casey @caching13 suggested that it would be easiest to have the Subteam Leads to tell their team members to do this task in the next few days and it has to be done next Github Issues check or credit won't be given for the Issues check 2 if people haven't changed their names by then.

Hopefully this does the job!
