Report template doesn't show data analysis #4

The report template doesn't show how to do data analysis or how to design an experiment. Please add examples showing use of data analysis tools in the template. This is urgent so that students learn how to use python for their reports.

@monroews Could you elaborate on what you mean by data analysis tools?

@HannahSi were you working on adding some python stuff to the template or was that someone else?

There are data analysis tools in procoda_parser. We use these tools in CEE 4530 to extract data efficiently from ProCoDA data files. We need to have those methods illustrated in the report template so that our research teams can quickly learn how to use python and how to create research reports that contain all of the data analysis in the appendix.
