Domain file name changes #3

Renamed blacklist.txt and whitelist.txt to blocklist.txt and allowlist.txt respectively to meet newly changing industry standards in jargon.

This PR will not be approved since we, and possibly others, programmatically fetch the data from the raw whitelist and raw blacklist. All AhaDNS servers periodically retrieve information from these URL's as can be seen here.

This would require us to keep two copies of the same files in sync, but with different names, and we would also have to update all our DNS servers. I don't see the need for that right now.
