Added LED Ring PCB #1

  1. Made the led rings closer to outer edge;
  2. Added text for GND, 5V, VIO, SDA, and SCL;
  3. Added text MiniCAM LED Ring;
  4. Shfited the male pin headers to fit the female pin headers on Daniel's behavior camera pcb;
  5. made the center hole of led ring pcb bigger for bigger m12 lens holder.
