here are the pin configurations I have tried:
You jumper look like they're set correctly in the first picture, but in the second one you are missing one jumper in the USB position.
Apart from that, this looks good. Just to be 100% sure, you plugged in the board after setting the jumpers, right?
@ximion Thank you for the reply. I did set the jumpers first. I'm beginning to think there might be an issue with the Board itself, they are a couple years old. I have tried man different things, including uninstalling and reinstalling Cypress, different USB ports, different boards, different USB cables, etc. Do the boards themselves have an expected lifetime? I saw in another thread someone mentioned that L13 connectors (maybe?) can go bad, and this would explain why the board isn't recognized by Device Manager either. Would this have something to do with only 2 of the 3 lights being turned on?
Hello,
I'm having trouble getting my computer to register the DAQ board when it is plugged in. I fix the pin alignment as shown, and have Cypress SDK downloaded with a functioning control center. I plug in the DAQ board to my USB port with a USB 3.0 cable, but can't find the device in my Device Manager or the Control Center. Under Program, both the FX2 and FX3 drop downs are greyed out.
When plugged in, both the Scope Power and DAQ power lights are turned on. I'm not entirely sure what the issue is.
Where should I start to trouble shoot?
