Save external TTLs for synchronisation? #11

Hello, I was wondering whether it is possible to save external TTLs for synchronisation with this software and miniscope/DAQ box version 3.2 (e.g. via digital I/O port J3)? Many thanks in advance!

Hi, I am working on adding this feature in the near future. Currently it is physically possible for the DAQ to do this but the USB data protocol being used is not ideal for sending much data outside of the video stream.

I hope to have support for this feature up and running in the next month.

Hi Daniel, Is this feature available in the new releases? I tried to find an indication in the description of the new versions and the examples of the user configuration files. Just wanted to make sure that I didn't just read it over.

It hasn't been added yet. When it is I will add the information about it here.
