WF Release Board & FlexPC's Updates #28

  1. 23-pin and 3-pin FlexPCs are double-sided, with smaller holes which are teardrop shaped now
  2. 23-pin flexPC tracks still need to be cleaned up. Not sure how to ensure no curved near the bending area yet.
  3. WF board copper planes have been reduced to be 12.5 mils away from the edge cut.
