A very simple pull request for supporting windows.

I checked the driver gets loaded but I haven't confirmed operation on hardware yet.
I guess I'm the only Windows user on the team, so I'll merge this once I confirm that it works on Windows.

I will probably just rebase #26 after it get merged because this will probably involve updating tests.
