Add coveralls #31

Add coveralls test coverage reporting to enforce new code has tests (and also give us a target of what needs testing)

OK once we get coveralls app added to the lab organization we should get PR comments back from coveralls, but for now you can see what this does at https://coveralls.io/github/Aharoni-Lab/miniscope-io

OK. I think I just added the Coveralls app. Let me know if it isn't working.
