Lifting / Landing can dodge a few projectiles #68

Terran can dodge a few AG projectiles by lifting (and in theory AA projectiles by landing as well).

But I guess the only time that makes a difference is vs Tempests and their massive bonus damage.

Oddly enough, the Tempest attacks slow enough for a CC to lift and land in between shots allowing it to dodge 100% of the shots.

Not sure if that should be altered or can be easily altered.

Should be the same for air units hatching from ground Eggs, but there it is absolutely fine since it feels like a new unit
