Website neither opening through link provided nor it is opening through the code.

I opened a Pull Request for the local website's startup just now: https://github.com/AhmadIbrahiim/Website-downloader/pull/77

Before it is merged you can use my fork if you want to. It seems the creator does not respond to issues at all.
