Inactive options #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press "Menu" button
2. Select "Options"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The "Autostart" and "Show Celsius" items and all items in section "Misc" are 
inactive. Maybe it isn't a bug, but I don't know, why they are inactive because 
of a broken help and inability to find any user manual or documentation.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

It causes the app has been moved into sdcard, I will try to offer better 
documentation, thanks for your feedback!
