3.0.0 beta - feature req. - network connection history [minor] #44

one of the uses for the network monitor could be to configure the firewall in a 
router.  as such, it might be good to log the connection history so it is 
available later

i'm not seeing this info in logcat and i think it might be more intuitive to 
provide it in the network connection tab anyway - perhaps from the options menu

I have a plan to collect history data, but it should be postponed after tablet 
version finish. I will update this ticket when the feature is on schedule.
