Implement an interactive scrolling experience on the home page with a vertical loading bar. The bar should pause at the start of each section for better navigation.

Acceptance Criteria: Smooth vertical scrolling experience with a progress indicator. Scrolling pauses at the beginning of each section. Compatible with various devices and browsers.
