This project simulates the waiting time of customers in front of cashiers in Migall Gross Market, which is crowded with the effect of the pandemic. In order to simulate the waiting time, ARENA program was used with 6 cash registers. We aimed to find the most accurate option that should be applied by revising the simulation in different scenarios as 7 cashiers, 8 cashiers, 5 cashiers and one automatic cashier, and 6 cashiers and one automatic cashier. According to the statistical results, it was evaluated that the best option was to be done with 7 cashiers.
