Issue with Thresholding #13

Hi there, I was having some problems with thresholding using this plugin. I work with mitochondrial images, and I have used several different plugins in the past to measure them. However, I saw the extent of the analysis that this plugin was able to do, so I was very interested in trying this out. I have images that are represented in stacks of (xyz) 3D. I wanted to threshold all images in my stack (7 images, medium size) without starting the analysis. With the stack selected, I set my preferences in the 3D threshold menu and clicked OK. Unfortunately, Fiji/ImageJ immediately closed with no error messages shown. I was wondering if there was a problem with my stack, so I tried again with a single 2D image. Using the 2D image threshold button, I repeated the progress and Fiji/ImageJ immediately closed again. Has this been seen before, and can I fix it? My images were in 8-bit and had units in the microns, so I believe the issue is unrelated to that.

Thanks for getting in touch with regarding this issue. It is not an error I have encountered before. One thing to try is using a fresh installation of Fiji/ImageJ. I am also happy to take a look at the images and try them on my end. You can email them to: mitochondriaanalyzer@gmail.com

Hi just to add I am having the same issues. I also tried to install them on different computers as I thought maybe it was a computer-related issue and the same occurs. Any idea how I can fix it please?

Hello, I am also experiencing this issue. New Fiji installation does not help. Any updates on how to fix this?
