What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open xscreensaver
2. Look for SurveillanceSaver
3. Do'h!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect that a GNU program should have Linux support.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Linux: Debian and Red Hat variants.

Please provide any additional information below.

I want the creepyness!
