前端需求

[x] Chat 和 Write 模式的 Initial States 应当都显示 states 名字，而且必须在每次点击下拉菜单的时候更新信息（现在 Write 模式仍然是 UUID 而且 Reload 后 State 信息未更新）
[x] Chat 模式添加 BNF
[x] Write 模式可以允许用户编辑 stop words
[x] 修改采样选择
[x] 实现动态添加 Initial States 的 UI

其它

[x] 上传 States 文件到 HF
[x] README 说明 BNF、Initial States 的用法
