Black Screen on 1.1.3, no randomized starter on 1.0.0

Just trying to see what I can do. I don't have my 3070, as I'm getting that back so I won't be able to do this on pc for a bit. I tried updating BD to 1.1.3 and redoing the steps I did to randomize it on 1.0.0, and it still gives me a black screen. On 1.0.0, the starters names were randomized, but the starters themselves were not randomized.

if you're on a homebrewed switch I think you need to change the folder exefs to exefs_patches

if you updated to 1.1.3 and forgot to redump, the files for 1.0.0 will crash 1.1.3, make sure to randomize a newly dumped 1.1.3 version

k. I redumped the 1.1.3 before I opened the report. I'll go ahead and rename it to exefs_patches and let you know if it fixes it

so it worked, but the randomized starters aren't randomized. it's still just the names.

change the name back, exefs patches are for global patches, being named exefs should work fine

with no mods at all and just the randomizer, it still gives the black screen

Ive tried it on 1.1.3 and with other mods installed as well on my Atmosphere Switch and it works almost flawless. The issue where the game wouldn’t respond after talking to your mother in the beginning has also been fixed at some point.

I'm gonna send the files. I made a brand new randomizer, updated the Atmosphere and got the newest sigpatches and it's still giving me the black screen. I'm lost.
