Shop randomizer always has same three items #31

So the shop randomizer has the same three items in every store I visit. The other items randomize at least, but they all have Max Potions, Max Elixir, and Deep Sea Scale. Is this something that went wrong in the setup on my end, or are they supposed to have these every time for some reason? 0100000011d90000_2022-01-20_16-09-00-811 0100000011d90000_2022-01-20_17-31-33-019 .

Think I was able to get the issue resolved now. Did a new export and randomized it again and it seems to be properly randomized now. Not sure what caused it the first time though.
