Shiny odds increase mod? #41

Would it be possible to implement a mod that either let's you fully customize the the shiny odds or hard set them at 1/512? I'm a shiny hunter, but I don't want to spend literally all day hunting for one singular pokemon.

Shiny odds are entirely in exefs and would complicate the modding process a lot more as a specific version would have to be selected
