Implement CLI with the following features for the pipelines:
[x] Input options: single file, list of files or directory
[x] Outputs: directory, choice of outputs for OCR (marked boxed), resolution of output.
[x] Pipeline modes: 1. layout analysis, ocr analysis, layout + ocr.
