Standalone login page #30

  1. Create component MainLayout.js, make the app.js more concise and clear. Now all the layout-related files (including main layout, sider and header) are in the layouts folder.

  2. Make the login page a standalone page without the main layout.

  3. URL of the login page: /login. Or logout than click the login button. Still no actual login form for now.
