What steps will reproduce the problem?
$ tesseract DocumentImage.ThreshOne.png textOne -psm 4

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version        : 3.02.02-3 Arch Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

$ tesseract DocumentImage.ThreshOne.png textOne -psm 4
Tesseract Open Source OCR Engine v3.02.02 with Leptonica
set_count == gridheight():Error:Assert failed:in file colfind.cpp, line 648
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

The text is from a simple legal document with bold section headers, some lists, 
and otherwise plain text.
