Tesseract is not running on my CLI #1138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installing Tesseract OCR and starting
2.Type the command tesseract myscan.png out
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Any error message regarding teseract. But it shows "The system can not execute 
the specified program".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tesseract 3.02 on Windows XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below.

This is not tesseract error.

That error means that your system is not aware of tesseract. There could be a 
lot of reason for that e.g. installation of tesseract failed (or installation 
could not modified path because of some program like antivirus, or original 
path was too long). You need to check your system and tesseract installation 
process.
