Ukrainian language file bgrings OpenOCR to a stop #1210

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start OpenOCR
2.Load picture or PDF to recognise
3. Choose the Ukr als language

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Await a recognised text. get error OpenOCR hat to stop do you want to file a 
report?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ver. 3.2 under win8

Please provide any additional information below.

If you have problem with OpenOCR - make issue in OpenOCR not in tesseract.
