Error messages should contain lines counted from 1 #1211

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Train tesseract using some box file
2. See error message like APPLY_BOXES: boxfile line 43/2 ((61,40),(90,101))

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the line 43 to contain (61,40),(90,101),
but it contained different coordinates. The actual line is 44th.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The latest svn revision

Please provide any additional information below.

I assume this is a trivial fix, but are my expectations valid?
