Cars in cities are on a killing spree #30

I don't know if this is intentional but if I visit a city, the cars always seem very aggressive. They crash into everything and everyone, making the city look more like a warzone. Even GTA looks peaceful in comparison.

Is this intentional or is this a bug?

I have no idea why they behave like that way, cuz I made the code so they have to stay in right-hand traffic, stop for objects in front of them and even force them to do so, but still they do as they want. so i gave up it

That's what the police are for! You need to enforce the rules!
