Issue 65: Added UUID to shipments #82

Changes: Added new non-nullable column to shipments with:

name: exid
type: uuid
default value: postgres generated uuid That will be used to look up shipments for new scans.

Update the scans controller to use the newly added column to find the shipment

Re: The generated QR code is still using the id and not the exid -- Do we need to worry about backward compatibility for that endpoint? I assume no one uses the app (for now) but I might be wrong.

I don't think anybody is using the app right now, also since there is no custom domain with TLS pointing to it. Without that the browser will not allow to ask for the current location.
