this button needs to live on a pallet level.

if one pallet is marked as complete it would not affect the rest of the shipment
on shipment view page you will see a percentage completed sign (or fraction) and when all pallets in shipment are completed, then shipment gets marked as "complete".

Update:

In #95 we have added the is_complete field to the model and are reflecting this in the UI.

Still to do

Ensure that the pallet statuses can be reflected at the shipment level i.e. if all pallets are complete then the shipment is complete (and vice versa). The shipment status need not be stored in the DB necessarily, it can be a derived value from the related pallets.
We need to provide a button for marking any given pallet as complete.
