Made the Import statements for JavaFX work but now im Having module problems. #38

I have fixed some issues with the POM file, specifically with the dependencies and the build files. I got the import statements working but when I go to build my project it randomly adds a duplicate Javafx controls lib directory and I cannot figure out why.
