Revise Instruction Manual #4

Fixed some minor grammar
Improved readability slightly (see comparison doc attached in comments)
Added PDF bookmarks by Word Headers option
Added hyperlink to www.aidanlawrence.com in first page
fixed some spelling, punctuation, and capitalization of software and hardware names
added mild disclaimer about ground loop isolators (they very often have low-pass filters and can affect audio quality, especially ones made for car stereo systems)

Thank you! Sorry this took so long to merge. I had a few big code revisions in the works, so I held off any manual changes until they were finished. Those items are now finished, so I'm going to pull in this version of the manual and edit it a bit to reflect the changes I made to the source code.
