Content filtering and history opt out

Due to HIPAA regulations, we want to do a filter before any chat is saved to the database, that will completely wipe any personally identifying information. The user should also have the option to opt out of any conversation recording. This will allow users to feel more at ease that their privacy is being respected.

Although a history opt on the end-users side might be a good future idea, I'm closing this issue in favor of a more in-depth detailing of the ideal chat widget feature-set.
