Remove sensitive user data

Sensitive or non-HIPAA compliant data should be removed. Or at least there should be an option to filter it. There could also be features that track and store information such as emails and names and other contact info, but obviously will depend on the client.

There should be a "HIPAA Compliant" checkbox on the model file that when checked will remove storage of any user identifiable user data, including emails, phone numbers, names, etc.
