Documentation first draft

Before the Alpha can be considered complete, there has to be some form of documentation, taking the user through the app. We can't just expect them to stumble around and find stuff. This should be sufficient for internal users.

There is a milestone on the documentation repo for this here.

I'm gonna call this good because the documentation is technically a separate repo and I don't want this milestone hung up by it.
