Initial floating chat widget

The initial chat widget should be finished and implementable. The following tasks should be completed for this issue to be considered complete:

• [ ] A clean, design-agnostic design (eventually the design will be more customizable based on a widget configuration file)
• [ ] A security method will be chosen. Whether this is domain-based, utilizes a proxy, or something else, there will be a method of authentication that makes sure requests are from the expected party.
• [x] Direct contact with the API will be established, eliminating the need for a proxy on the client's page
• [ ] This widget needs to be marked as enabled for the given bot, that way a different user can't try to contact another bot using the widget
• [ ] The widget will allow for forms
• [ ] The widget will allow for buttons and those actions will be able to be performed
• [ ] The widget will utilize a specific data attribute to be specific for the bot that it is being loaded for

A lot of these aren't necessary yet, and I've realized that this issue doesn't properly describe an "Initial floating chat widget", so I'm closing it. There is a preview of a floating chat widget that technically works.
