- restructured directory and added readmes to all services
- added example env for later use
- initialized actions web server
- added some more planning in readmes
- added tts to speech page and completely revampted the speech to text interface
- got tts outputing to specified directory
- added a frontend implementation using axios that will work with a proxy
- initialized applications server
