Create community notebook that demonstrates Aidbox functionality for FHIR profiles authoring

Problem I need to solve

There is a need for authoring fhir-resource profiles and profile-based validation. The problem is that current tools for building profiles are either proprietary (https://fire.ly/products/forge/) or non-customizable (https://fshschool.org/docs/sushi/). The alternative is to use aidbox zen-lang for profile authoring, but there is lack of documentation and tutorials for kick-start for non-technical staff such as system analysts.

I would like to request new community notebook that demonstrates Aidbox functionality for FHIR profiles creation and validation using zen-lang.

Solution I see

Provide community notebook with step-by-step turorial on FHIR profiles creation and validation using zen-lang, including steps:

create profile
define constraints (cardinality, data type, valueset binding constraints)
define extensions (simple and complex (with multiple levels))
define slices (for example slises for patient identifiers - ssn and passport)
create derived profiles (for example child-core-patient as derived profile for core-patient)
create logical models (if it is still a thing in FHIR specification)
validate resource using defined profile

Alternatives I've considered, but they don't work

GUI-tools such as forge
FHIR-shorthand-tool sushi.
