Survey creation on freeze #56

After click on Save button to add a survey, the page is freeeze. Only The line above the reset button is animated.

Hey can you pls share your log file after clicking on save button.

hello i have the same problem, my console says survey-manager.js:1 POST http://127.0.0.1:8000/api/survey 500 (Internal Server Error)
