Support multiple hubs in configuration node scan / discovery #16

When searching for Harmony Hubs, currently the configuration node just takes the first Hub it finds. It should support listing multiple hubs, and allow to choose one. Entering the IP of the second Hub manually is a workaround in the meanwhile.
