Bintray sunsetting #164

Hi, JFrog is sunsetting its services (https://jfrog.com/blog/into-the-sunset-bintray-jcenter-gocenter-and-chartcenter/) is it possible to move to mavenCentral with all artefacts hosted currently on Bintray?

There are no tags on the repo so it's necessary to do it by commit shorthash, but it is accessible at the latest commit from jitpack: https://jitpack.io/com/github/AigeStudio/WheelPicker/5913fa15fc/
