Currently seasonal temperature cycle is fit by site by year. This could be modified in a similar manner as the residuals to figure out the average plot/treatment adjustment of this cycle. For most sites this isn't an issue, but sites with large gaps like Sherry end up getting offset temperatures for plots that are warmer/cooler than average.
