replace current plots (which use species effects, rather than using full posterior)

new plots for lo and bb added. Still need to make one for fl. also should adjust the x axes to be narrower. Then, combine into one 3x3 figure and add to main text!

@AileneKane will:

[ ] tidy up the code
[ ] Dig into striking difference in temp*mois interaction for grasses vs other forms in leafout (look at species- are they late season?)
[ ] add total number of spp to plot
[ ] Investigate flowering data, which looks quite boring...late vs early season?
