Small patches of geometry breaking #12

Small gaps are appearing in the ocean surface.

Possibly a corner piece that's breaking.

Possible cause:

The difference between mipmap levels is too great or small.

This might have to wait until I've redesigned the FFTOceanSurface 
implementation.
