PROBLEM STATEMENT The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2021 include more than 1,500 universities across 93 countries and regions, making them the largest and most diverse university rankings to date. Still, there is the need for model that estimates the best ranked schools and makes it easier for the community to decide which school is best to enroll in based on their preferences.
