Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There exists no simplified Chinese localisation.

Describe the solution you'd like A native level Chinese speaker should provide a simplified Chinese localisation.

Describe alternatives you've considered Google translate or other machine auto translation (would be low quality)
