Support latest release (0.9.4) of Storm #68

I have the latest release of storm, and it looks like some assumptions break in the Petrel installation process. It looks like it assumes the latest is 0.9.0.

Should be working now. The pom.xml has to be updated on each new release. This could be automated someday, once Storm settles down. They've been moving things around since it became an Apache project.
