🐛Reprisal spell removed whenever changing areas

Overview Of Issue

Reprisal spell is removed from spell list after zoning into another area once learned. After using "Scroll of Reprisal" the spell works as intended. However the spell is missing from the Magic list and must be re-learned after zoning into another area

If possible, provide steps to reproduce

Use "Scroll of Reprisal" While on the PLD job. Zone into another area

This is not a bug. Reprisal did not exist in CoP era so it's not on the persistent spell list, so when you zone it will be removed.
