Having Eddie open but not connected causes non-VPN network slowdown #110

Very reproducible, having Eddie open but not connected to VPN causes all connections to be noticeably slower. Quitting Eddie fixes the issue. I'm not sure if it's DNS or TCP, but normal browsing is unbearable with Eddie in the system tray.
